Then, per programme
Each plan includes medication where prescribed, scheduled monitoring bloodwork, provider reviews and messaging. Cancel any time.

- Specialist referrals, imaging and care outside your programme
- Advanced or additional laboratory panels beyond the standard schedule
- Branded GLP-1 medication, where the manufacturer sets the cash price directly
Why we charge to start
The baseline panel and clinician evaluation are the two things that make this a clinical service rather than an order form, and they cost real money before anyone has been prescribed anything. Charging for them up front is how they stay mandatory rather than optional.
