How TryGenesis works
The same four steps apply across every area of care. The order matters: laboratory data comes before a treatment decision, not after it.
- 01
Complete your intake
A structured medical questionnaire covering symptoms, history, medications and goals. It takes about ten minutes and you can do it whenever suits.
No card required to see whether you are a candidate.

Baseline bloodwork
Your provider orders a panel appropriate to what you are being evaluated for. You attend a local draw site; results return to the provider as well as to you.
Bloodwork is included in your plan.

Clinical review
A state-licensed clinician reviews your results alongside your history and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Where a treatment is a controlled substance, this includes a video consultation.
Not everyone is a candidate, and declines do happen.

Ongoing monitored care
If prescribed, medication ships from a licensed pharmacy. Follow-up bloodwork and dose review continue on a schedule, and you can message your care team between reviews.
Cancel any time.
