Built around the bloodwork

Most online hormone and metabolic care begins with a questionnaire and ends with a shipment. TryGenesis is built the other way round: laboratory data first, a clinician's judgement second, and treatment only where both support it.

That ordering costs more and converts fewer people. It is also the only version of this that is worth building. A provider who cannot see your haematocrit cannot responsibly manage your testosterone, and a platform that never declines anyone is not practising medicine.

How we are structured

TryGenesis is a management services organization. It does not practice medicine. All clinical decisions are made by independent, state-licensed providers, and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

This separation is deliberate and is the standard structure for multi-state telehealth. It means clinical decisions sit with clinicians, and commercial decisions never touch them.
