After you complete intake, a licensed provider reviews your submission and laboratory results. Most reviews are asynchronous, meaning you do not need to schedule a call. Where a treatment requires a synchronous visit — testosterone therapy does, as a controlled substance — a video consultation is scheduled as part of the process.
